Provider Enrollment
Payer enrollment across Medicare, Medicaid and commercial plans — the registrations that let you bill and get paid, completed and tracked.
Credentialing proves a provider is qualified; provider enrollment is what actually connects the practice to each payer's payment system. Until enrollment is complete and effective, claims cannot be paid in-network — no matter how good the medicine is. Elite Bill Care manages enrollments across Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers as part of credentialing & enrollment, with this page devoted to the enrollment side of that work.

Enrollment we manage
- Medicare — via PECOS: initial enrollment, revalidation and record maintenance.
- Medicaid — state-by-state enrollment and revalidation through state portals, aligned to your state (see our coverage pages).
- Commercial payers — network participation applications and contracts for national and regional plans, sequenced by your patient mix.
- Group and facility linkages — individual providers linked correctly to group contracts and locations, so claims pay under the right agreement.
- Electronic connections — EDI, ERA and EFT enrollments completed with the payer enrollment, not after it.
The discipline behind it
Every enrollment is tracked on one register — payer, application, submission date, effective date, revalidation date — reported through our reporting rhythm. Effective dates are confirmed in writing from the payer before you rely on them, because retroactive billing windows are limited and an assumed effective date is an expensive mistake. For new practices, enrollment sequencing is built into practice setup from day one.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between credentialing and enrollment?
Credentialing is the payer's verification of qualifications (education, license, history — largely through CAQH). Enrollment is the administrative registration and contracting that puts you in the payment system. Both must complete, and we manage them as one track.
Can you enroll us with a specific payer?
Yes — single-payer enrollments are a standard engagement, and we will tell you honestly if that payer's network is closed to your specialty or area before you spend on applications.
Do you track revalidations after enrollment?
Yes. Medicare, Medicaid and commercial revalidation dates live on the enrollment register and are worked proactively — lapses are preventable and we treat them that way.
