Elite Bill Care provides medical billing, revenue cycle management, credentialing and provider enrollment support, eligibility verification, denial management, accounts receivable follow-up, payment posting, and related administrative services to healthcare providers and medical practices in the United States. The specific scope, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate written services agreement with the client. Nothing on this website is a quote, an offer of specific pricing, or a guarantee that any particular service will be provided.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Claim payment decisions are made by payers, not by Elite Bill Care. While we work to submit clean claims, manage denials and follow up on receivables diligently, we do not guarantee any specific reimbursement amount, claim approval, payer enrollment decision, timeline, or revenue result.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the clinical documentation, coding information, and patient and practice data they provide to us; for holding the licences, enrollments and payer contracts required for their practice; and for final decisions about their billing and compliance. Our services support, and do not replace, a provider's own compliance and clinical judgement.

4. Website use

• You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to copy or scrape its content except as permitted by law.
• The content of this website is general information about our company and services. It is not medical, legal, accounting or compliance advice. Payer rules change frequently; always verify current payer requirements before acting.
• Do not submit protected health information (PHI) through this website's forms or ordinary email. See our HIPAA & Data Security page.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and other content on this website belong to Elite Bill Care LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party names, software products and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners; mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.

6. Confidentiality and HIPAA

Where we handle PHI for a client, we do so as a business associate under a signed Business Associate Agreement and in accordance with our HIPAA & Data Security commitments and the client's services agreement, which prevail over these Terms in case of any conflict.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Bill Care is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website. The liability provisions in a client's signed services agreement govern that client's engagement.

8. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state under whose laws Elite Bill Care LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
