RXNT Billing Services
Complete medical billing run inside RXNT — claims, posting, denials and reporting — inside your existing system: you keep your software, your data and your workflows; we supply the billing team.
RXNT is a cloud-based software suite offering an EHR, practice management and a dedicated medical billing product that practices can adopt together or in parts, serving everyone from solo providers to multi-location groups. If your practice runs on RXNT, Elite Bill Care provides full RXNT billing services inside the system you already own: your clinicians and front desk keep their current workflows, and our team runs the revenue cycle behind them — charges, claims, payments and follow-up — in your RXNT account, under your practice's name and payer enrollments.
What we do inside RXNT
- Eligibility and authorizations confirmed before appointments, so coverage problems are solved at scheduling, not after denial (see prior authorization assistance).
- Charge review and claim submission on a daily rhythm, with coding and modifier checks before claims are released (see claim submission).
- ERA/EOB posting and reconciliation — remittances posted promptly, deposits matched, adjustments verified (see payment posting).
- Denials and AR worked in-platform — every denial worked to a conclusion and aging followed up payer by payer (see AR management).
- Reporting built from RXNT's data — collections, aging buckets and denial causes reviewed with you on schedule (see reporting and analytics).
Platform-specific workflow
RXNT practices come in two common shapes: the full suite, where the visit documented in the EHR flows into practice management and on into billing, and billing-only setups, where charges arrive from another system or from superbills. Our workflow adapts to yours. In full-suite practices we review charges where they originate, so coding problems are corrected at the source rather than at the claim. In billing-only setups we tighten the hand-off — charge completeness checks against schedules, so a day's visits and a day's charges always reconcile. Either way, claims are scrubbed and submitted through your existing RXNT connections, remittances are posted back into the same record, and the AR worklist is worked inside RXNT rather than in a side spreadsheet that only the biller understands.
Patient billing receives the same structure. Once insurance has adjudicated, balances transfer to patient statements generated from RXNT on a steady cycle, with secondary and supplemental claims filed before a balance is ever treated as the patient's. Month-end is closed against RXNT's own reports — charges, payments and adjustments reconciled to the deposit record — so the numbers your accountant or practice manager sees are the numbers the billing actually produced, with no parallel spreadsheet quietly telling a different story.
No migration, no disruption
Nothing to rip out and nothing to relearn: onboarding is named-user access, a review of your RXNT configuration, and verification of payer connections — then billing begins in the system your practice already uses. See the full operation on our medical billing services page, or browse the other platforms we work in on our software page.
Frequently asked questions
How does Elite Bill Care access our RXNT account?
You create named-user access for our team inside your own RXNT system, with permissions limited to the billing and practice management functions we need. Each team member logs in individually, so every action is attributable and auditable, and access sits under our Business Associate Agreement from before the first claim is touched. Your RXNT subscription, data and settings remain under your control throughout; ending the engagement is simply a matter of deactivating our users.
Can you clean up the AR we already have in RXNT?
Yes — working down aged AR inside your existing RXNT account is a standard starting point. We triage the aging by payer and balance, pursue the claims that are still recoverable with corrected submissions or appeals, and identify the balances that should be resolved under your write-off policy — with a realistic picture of expected recovery before we begin. Current claims are submitted clean in parallel, so the backlog shrinks without new AR quietly building behind it.
We only license RXNT's billing product, not the EHR — does that work?
It works well. Many practices use RXNT purely as their billing platform while clinical documentation lives elsewhere. In that setup our focus is the hand-off: charges entered or imported into RXNT are checked for completeness against your schedule and source documents before claims are created, so nothing billable is lost between systems. Eligibility, submission, posting, denial work and reporting then run entirely inside RXNT, and your clinicians never have to change the tools they document in.
