Greenway Health Billing Services
Complete medical billing run inside Greenway Health — claims, posting, denials and reporting — inside your existing system: you keep your software, your data and your workflows; we supply the billing team.
Greenway Health serves ambulatory practices, and its Intergy platform combines the EHR and practice management in one system. Scheduling, documentation, charges and billing live together, and Greenway also offers its own clearinghouse services for claim and remittance traffic. If your practice runs on Greenway, Elite Bill Care provides full billing services inside your existing system — you keep your software, your data and your workflows; we supply the billing operation.
What we do inside Greenway Health
- Eligibility and authorizations — coverage checked before visits and authorizations managed through our eligibility verification and prior authorization workflows.
- Charge review and claim submission — Intergy charges reviewed for coding accuracy and submitted on a daily rhythm (see coding support and claim submission).
- ERA/EOB posting and reconciliation — remittances posted, deposits matched and contractual adjustments verified (see payment posting).
- Denials and AR worked in-platform — denials appealed and aging worked inside Intergy, in full view of your team (see denial management and accounts receivable management).
- Reporting — collections, aging and denial trends reported from your Intergy data (see reporting and analytics).
Platform-specific workflow
Intergy's advantage for billing is that the whole visit lives in one place: the appointment, the note, the charge and the claim are all in the same system, so a biller can trace any balance from the claim back to the encounter without switching applications. Billing work typically runs through claim worklists and account follow-up queues inside the practice management side, with eligibility tools available at scheduling and check-in. We work those queues daily and use that traceability — when a denial lands, the documentation behind the charge is one click away for the appeal.
Many Greenway practices route claims and remittances through Greenway's own clearinghouse services, while others use a third-party connection; either way, we work with the connection already in place and confirm enrollment and ERA delivery for your payers during onboarding.
For a practice of any size, the measure of billing work is what lands in the bank, not what leaves in claims. We report on that basis: charges, collections, adjustments, aging and denial trends reviewed on a regular rhythm, in numbers drawn from Intergy itself. When a payer slows down or a denial category grows, it shows up in that review while there is still time to act on it — not at quarter-end, when the only remaining move is writing balances off.
No migration, no disruption
Onboarding is access and configuration, not a system change: named-user logins under our Business Associate Agreement, permissions limited to billing functions, and billing begins in the platform your front desk already knows. See the full operation on our medical billing services page, or the other platforms on our software page.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to give you our Greenway login?
You create named-user access for our team inside Intergy, with permissions limited to billing functions. Named-user access keeps our work attributable and auditable, it is covered by our Business Associate Agreement, and your practice can scope, review or revoke it at any time. We never work under a shared or personal login. Because Intergy combines clinical and financial data in one system, permission scoping matters — we agree exactly which functions we need during onboarding.
Can you clean up our existing AR in Intergy?
Yes. We begin with an aged AR review inside Intergy: balances worked by payer, age and size, recoverable accounts pursued through follow-up and appeals, and uncollectible ones identified for write-off under your policies. Intergy's single-system design helps here — every balance traces back to its encounter and documentation in the same place, which speeds up appeals. We report what was recovered, what remains and the patterns that built the backlog.
Does our clearinghouse setup change if you handle our billing?
No. Whether your claims and remittances run through Greenway's clearinghouse services or a third-party connection, we work with what is already in place. During onboarding we verify that payer enrollments and ERA delivery are correctly pointed at your Intergy system, so claims keep flowing and remittances keep posting without interruption. If we find a payer still sending paper remittances, we can set up the electronic enrollment as part of getting started.
