CureMD Billing Services
Complete medical billing run inside CureMD — claims, posting, denials and reporting — inside your existing system: you keep your software, your data and your workflows; we supply the billing team.
CureMD is a cloud-based, all-in-one platform combining EHR, practice management and billing for practices across a wide range of specialties, known for specialty-specific templates and an integrated workflow from scheduling to payment. If your practice runs on CureMD, Elite Bill Care provides full CureMD billing services inside the system you already own: your providers keep documenting with the templates they know, and our team runs the revenue cycle behind them — charges, claims, payments and follow-up — in your CureMD account, under your practice's name and payer enrollments.
What we do inside CureMD
- Eligibility and authorizations verified ahead of visits, with benefits and referral rules confirmed per payer (see eligibility verification).
- Charge review and claim submission daily — template-generated charges reviewed by a human before they become claims (see coding support).
- ERA/EOB posting and reconciliation — payments posted and matched, contractual adjustments checked against your contracts (see payment posting).
- Denials and AR worked in-platform — denials categorized, appealed or corrected, and aging worked until it closes (see denial management).
- Reporting drawn from CureMD's own data — collections, denial patterns and aging reviewed with you regularly (see reporting and analytics).
Platform-specific workflow
CureMD's specialty templates are a genuine strength — a cardiology visit and a pediatrics visit do not document alike — but template-driven charge capture is also where errors multiply quietly. A template that defaults a code or modifier will reproduce that default on every claim until someone catches it. Our workflow therefore puts human review exactly at that seam: charges generated from encounters are checked against the note and the payer's rules before submission through your existing clearinghouse connections, and recurring template problems are reported back so the template itself gets fixed, not just the claim. Remittances post back into the same system, denials land in worklists we clear daily, and your CureMD data becomes the single source of truth for what was billed, paid and denied.
The multi-specialty reality of many CureMD practices shapes the rest of the workflow. Different specialties inside one group carry different fee schedules, different payer mixes and very different denial profiles, so we segment charge review, AR follow-up and reporting by specialty and provider rather than treating the practice as one undifferentiated queue. A documentation pattern that is harmless in one specialty can be a systematic denial cause in another, and that difference is only visible when the CureMD data is worked — and reported — at that level.
No migration, no disruption
No new software, no data conversion, no retraining: onboarding is named-user access, a configuration and template review, and verification of your payer connections — then billing begins in the CureMD system your practice already runs on. Frequently asked questions
How does Elite Bill Care access our CureMD account?
You create named-user access for our team inside your own CureMD system, with permissions limited to the billing functions we need — your clinical templates, user administration and settings stay under your control. Every login is individual and auditable rather than shared, and access is governed by our Business Associate Agreement before work begins. Your CureMD subscription and data remain yours throughout; if the engagement ends, you deactivate our users and the complete billing history stays in your system.
Can you clean up the AR we already have in CureMD?
Yes — aged AR review and recovery inside your existing CureMD account is a standard starting point. We work the aging by payer and age, separate claims needing corrected resubmission from those needing appeals or documentation, and flag balances that should be resolved under your write-off policy — with an honest recovery estimate before the work begins. New claims run clean in parallel from the first week, so the backlog is cleared without pausing the practice's current revenue.
Our CureMD templates create most charges automatically — do you still review them?
Yes, and that review is one of the highest-value things we do in CureMD. Automated charge capture is fast, but a wrong default code, modifier or diagnosis link in a template repeats itself on claim after claim. We sample and review template-generated charges against the encounter documentation before submission, correct errors at the claim level immediately, and report recurring problems so the underlying template can be fixed once instead of being worked around forever. That is how a small configuration error stops becoming a denial pattern.
