CareCloud Billing Services
Complete medical billing run inside CareCloud — claims, posting, denials and reporting — inside your existing system: you keep your software, your data and your workflows; we supply the billing team.
CareCloud is a cloud-based platform combining an EHR (Charts) with practice management (Central) and built-in revenue cycle tooling, used by practices across many specialties. If your practice runs on CareCloud, Elite Bill Care provides full CareCloud billing services inside the system you already own. One important clarity point: CareCloud also sells its own billing service — we are independent of it. Practices that prefer a separate billing partner keep their CareCloud software and hand the billing operation to us instead, working in the same Central account your team uses today.
What we do inside CareCloud
- Eligibility and authorizations run before visits, with coverage and referral requirements confirmed per payer (see eligibility verification).
- Charge review and claim submission daily — encounters reviewed, scrubbed and submitted through your existing connections (see coding support).
- ERA/EOB posting and reconciliation — remittances posted and matched, adjustments and takebacks verified (see payment posting).
- Denials and AR worked in-platform — denial queues cleared daily and aging followed up until balances resolve (see denial management).
- Reporting from CareCloud's own data — collections, denial trends and productivity on a fixed review rhythm (see reporting and analytics).
Platform-specific workflow
CareCloud's strength is that clinical and financial data share one cloud record: an encounter documented in Charts becomes the charge reviewed in Central, so discrepancies between what was done and what is billed surface early. We work that seam deliberately — charge review against the encounter before submission, the platform's claim-scrubbing and rules checks resolved rather than overridden, and eligibility run through the system's tools so coverage problems are caught at scheduling instead of at denial. Because setups vary — some practices bill through CareCloud's connections, others through a separate clearinghouse — we verify your exact routing in onboarding and document it, so every claim's path out and every remittance's path back is known.
CareCloud is also a common choice for multi-location and multi-specialty groups, and that shape creates its own billing risks: enrollments, fee schedules and payer contracts held per location or per tax ID, with charges that must land on the right one every time. We audit that mapping when we start and whenever the group adds a provider or a site, and reporting in Central is segmented by location and specialty — because a group-wide average almost always hides the one location whose billing is quietly failing.
No migration, no disruption
Your software contract, your data and your workflows all stay exactly where they are: onboarding is named-user access, a configuration review, and connection checks — then billing begins in the CareCloud system your staff already knows. See the full operation on our medical billing services page, or browse the other platforms we work in on our software page.
Frequently asked questions
How does Elite Bill Care access our CareCloud account?
You create named-user access for our team inside your own CareCloud system, with permissions limited to the billing functions we need in Central and related areas. Access is individual and auditable — never a shared login — and it is covered by our Business Associate Agreement before any work begins. Your CareCloud subscription and data remain entirely yours; if the engagement ever ends, you remove our users and everything we did remains visible in your system's history.
Can you clean up the AR we already have in CareCloud?
Yes — aged AR review and recovery inside your existing CareCloud account is a standard starting point. We age and triage the backlog inside Central, identify which claims need corrected resubmissions, which need appeals with documentation, and which balances are genuinely uncollectible under your policy, and we give you a realistic recovery estimate before the work starts. New claims are handled cleanly in parallel from day one, so the cleanup improves cash flow instead of competing with it.
We use Charts for the EHR and Central for practice management — do you work in both?
Yes. In a CareCloud practice the charge is born in the clinical side and billed from the management side, so working only one half leaves the most common errors untouched. Our team reviews the encounter documentation in Charts against the charge created in Central before submission, which catches missing charges, mismatched codes and unsigned encounters while they are still cheap to fix. Posting, denials and reporting then all run in Central, giving you one consistent picture of the revenue cycle.
